          Google , the king of search engines, is inserting a world famous mobile operating system in cars. The mobile interface entitled as Android Auto was officially unveiled  at the Google I/O Development Conference held in San Francisco, last week.           Android Auto is a different version of the latest OS, Android L , introduced by Google. It works with Smartphone that connect to the car. The system appears on a dashboard screen in cars and you can use the application easily through a voice command or by using a touch screen in the car.           Google is planning to launch low cost smartphone in the mobile markets initially teaming up with the various Indian smartphone manufactures. They are aiming at the production of smart phones below Rs 6000.           For this new venture Google will join with the Indian smartphone companies as Micromax , Karbonn , Spice etc. It is a part of their ‘ Android One ’ programme, a novel initiative, introduced last Tuesday. According to Google’s SVP Sundar Pichai, the new products are going to hit the Indian markets on the coming September onwards.           Google is coming with the latest version of the Android OS. Search engine giant Google has confirmed that about 150,000 Gmail users around the world have had their accounts, including every email, application, contact and calendar information, deleted.  The problem started on sunday when thousands logged onto their accounts, only to find all their personal information had been erased. Many found their accounts had been effectively reset, as they were greeted by the message Google welcomes new users with.  Google says it is "very sorry" for a Gmail software bug that reset some 150,000 accounts and left their owners contemplating the prospect of having lost years worth of data. News has come about the collaboration between Google and Samsung Electronic Co. for TV software in home entertainment devices. Samsung Electronics Co , the largest television maker will use Google TV software chips, rather than those from Intel Corp for it’s new TV. This collaboration will help Google in boosting it’s viewers base. Where Google TV software lets users search online video and other content on their TV screens. This software has been used only in TVs and players from Sony Corp like Blu-ray and in some TV set-top box from Logitech International SA, all these TV using Intel's Atom chip. Samsung, which is also the world's second-largest chipmaker, has sold televisions, sony’s Blu-ray players and other home-entertainment devices built around its own software for connecting to the Internet or services such as Netflix Inc's video streaming.
