After Recently updating youtube application in your IPHONE, you may have encountered a problem which I had face. 
I tried following steps to fix that problem and got able to watch videos again properly. You will lose all your saved wifi connections but afterward, you might be able to watch YouTube videos.

How to fix youtube videos not working tap to retry IPHONE:

You need to reset Network Settings.

Step 1:

Go to Settings



Settings >General
